5 Myths On How To Tone Up Arms

Figuring out how to tone up arms can be extremely difficult if your source of advice is questionable. And unfortunately, most information on the internet is questionable. Thus, many women are completely lost when it comes to getting the lean and sexy arms of their dreams.

I can tell because of all the emails I receive.

And don’t be too hard on yourself. After all, a lot of this confusion is created by questionable marketing that will make your purse lighter while your arms get heavier.

So without further delay, here are 5 myths on how to tone up arms:

1. Working out every day is best. I strongly recommend NOT working out every day. This will leave you burned out, unable to get sleep and absolutely dreading the whole process. Your muscles and nervous system need rest in order to progress.

2. One arm is stronger than the other, therefore something is wrong. This is completely normal. In fact, I’ve never worked with a client whose arms were equally strong. The good news is that over time this difference will equalize.

3. 15 rep sets provide maximum arm toning. Well, not really. You do not have to do 15 repetitions for every single set you do. Instead, aim for a more varied number of repetitions so that you target all of your muscle fibers.

4. Getting tired during exercise is an indication of overtraining. Do not worry about getting tired when you are pushing yourself. This is normal and beneficial. Beneficial because the more you push yourself the more hormones your body will secrete.

5. If you’re sore a couple days after exercising, something is wrong! This simply means that you had an intense workout-just what you need to do to tone up those arms. And keep in mind that this delayed soreness will decrease as you eat better and your body learns to recover faster.

Be wary of all the misinformation out there. Make sure that the information you are digesting is not coming from a questionable source. After all, unlearning something can be harder than learning something new. And if you want to tone up those arms, take action today!

How To Lose Arm Flab By Increasing Blood Flow

Learning how to lose arm flab does not have to be a pain in the rear. And one thing you can do to make it less painful is to increase blood flow in your body.

Why? Because your body does not directly burn arm flab in your arms. Instead, it breaks down the flab in your arms and then transports the units elsewhere. It’s at this elsewhere where the flab is finally burned for good.

Therefore, improving your circulation or blood flow allows for a speedier transportation and oxidation of your arm flab. And there are more benefits here. For instance, most things you do to improve blood flow also increase the amount of calories you burn.

So without further ado, do the following to increase blood flow and to lose arm flab faster:

1. Exercise early in the day. This is an extremely powerful tactic. You see, when you exercise catecholamines get secreted. These hormones enter your body and increase blood flow through a wide variety of mechanisms. In addition, they also break down fat-a perfect recipe if you’re figuring out how to lose arm flab!

2. Move more. In technical terms, you want to improve your mode of existence. Most women lead a sedentary life comprised of being in the seated position. The problem with this is that blood gets pooled and flow decreases. One strategy here is to spend a larger percentage of time working from a standing desk.

3. Stay away from the bad fats. I say bad fats because not all fats are created equal. You see, unsaturated fats can actually make the process of figuring out how to lose arm flab much easier. They increase blood flow and help you burn more fat.

4. Decrease sugar intake. High intakes of sugar can damage the lining of your arteries. Thus, it behooves you to reduce sugar as much as possible. Keep in mind, however, that you don’t have to be militant here. A little sugar from fruit and other natural sources is absolutely fine. If you really want to lose arm flab, moderation is the name of the game.

Discovering the ins and outs of how to lose arm flab doesn’t have to be hard. And now you are one step closer to getting the sexy and slim arms of your dreams. You deserve results today, not tomorrow!
