Naturally, people hope to achieve a good life. Most people equate this with having a successful career and personal life, and they devote the majority of their time to this. Unfortunately, this means they often ignore an important component in living the good life: their health and fitness levels.

Living a good life means you should strive to live a balanced life. Ignoring the need for proper exercise and diet will contribute to an unbalanced life, which can often lead to significant physical and emotional health problems.

This simplicity makes it a perfect hobby for those with limited finances or those who want to stay away from complicated, gear-intensive sports.
