The expression “Emo” began as an abbreviation for “Emotionally Charged” referring to either an Emo Girl or an Emo Boy. Another theory, is that it originated with the comedian Emo Philips. Off course the Emo Girl Dolls should have been packaged with Hot Topic, ( Hot Topix ?) coupons and razor blades. I thought actually mentioning the razor blades might have been too over the top. Is Linkin Park still the Emo band of choice? Things change so quickly! I hope all of my fans round the world can understand what an emo kid is.
